Before Remodeling

The owner acquired this apartment units where tenants had been occupying for over 10 years, and no remodeling had been done until we came in. Carpet was damaged, all flooring, walls, cabinets, etc., had all to be replaced.

After Remodeling

It really looks like new, the owner was impressed on how great this newly remodeled apartment looks like. 

Las Playas Restaurant

This owner was very satisfied with his new restaurant. We had to change a lot of things from the old BBQ place to make it look like a Seafood place, so we replaced the old wood panels for sheetrock, that vinyl floor for a ceramic floor, repair the ceiling, brighter colors, and we fix every single detail, and help him pass the inspection from the FDA.

Project at State Line

Our customer was trying to get a nice place for his mother to live with him at his house. We planned a project with him and agree to make a living space at his garage, which is now a one bedroom apartment with its own restroom, kitchen and living room, and looks very nice!!! Here is his testimony!
